How much does Calendly cost per month?
Calendly has four plans on calendly.com/pricing, checked in October 2026. Free costs nothing, Standard is $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $12 month to month, Teams is $16 per seat a month billed yearly or $20 month to month, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum. Prices are in US dollars before sales tax.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | One event type, one connected calendar, one-on-one meetings only |
| Standard | $12 per seat a month | $10 per seat a month ($120 a year) | Unlimited event types, several connected calendars, automated reminders and workflows, Stripe and PayPal payments, collective and group events |
| Teams | $20 per seat a month | $16 per seat a month ($192 a year) | Round robin, lead routing and qualification forms, centrally managed event types, Salesforce record updates, Marketo and Pardot |
| Enterprise | Quoted | From $15,000 a year, 50 seats minimum | SSO and SAML, SCIM, domain control, audit logs, Salesforce routing lookup, Microsoft Dynamics 365, a dedicated account team |
Two add-ons sit outside the seat price. Calendly's pricing page marks its Notetaker and its AI assistant as not included in the base plans, so a team that wants recorded notes or AI follow-ups pays on top. Annual billing saves 17% on Standard and 20% on Teams.
Is Calendly free?
Yes, for one person with one kind of meeting. The Free plan gives you a single event type, one connected calendar and one-on-one bookings with no time limit, and anyone can book with you without an account. It has no round robin, no collective events and no automated reminders, so it works for a freelancer but not for a team that shares meetings.
New accounts also get a trial of the paid features, usually 14 days, during which you can invite teammates. When the trial ends, every member drops back to Free unless someone pays for seats. That is the moment most teams first see the per-seat bill.
Does Calendly charge per user?
Calendly charges per seat, and a seat is anyone in your organization who hosts meetings. People who book with you never need an account or a seat. On a round robin or collective event, every host in the pool is a paid seat, including the colleague who only covers the overflow on Fridays.
That is the line that decides your bill. A ten-person sales team where all ten take demos needs ten Teams seats. If you add two sales engineers who join demos and a founder who takes enterprise calls, the count is thirteen. Our Calendly round robin pricing article walks through who counts as a seat in a rotation in more detail.
How much does Calendly cost for a team?
For a team that shares a booking link, the relevant plan is Teams, because round robin starts there. Teams is $192 per seat a year billed yearly for the first 30 seats, with lower graduated rates above that ($14.50 a month for seats 31 to 50), and a flat $20 per seat billed monthly. Standard is cheaper but cannot rotate bookings across people.
| Hosts | Standard, yearly | Teams, yearly | Teams, monthly | ScheduleMeeting, yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $240 | $384 | $480 | $594 (Team) |
| 5 | $600 | $960 | $1,200 | $594 (Team) |
| 8 | $960 | $1,536 | $1,920 | $594 (Team) |
| 10 | $1,200 | $1,920 | $2,400 | $594 (Team) |
| 15 | $1,800 | $2,880 | $3,600 | $594 (Team) |
| 20 | $2,400 | $3,840 | $4,800 | $1,194 (Business) |
| 30 | $3,600 | $5,760 | $7,200 | $1,194 (Business) |
| 50 | $6,000 | $9,240 | $12,000 | $1,194 (Business) |
ScheduleMeeting is in the last column because it prices the other way round: one company price that covers up to 15 hosts on Team and up to 100 on Business, with round robin and collective meetings included. Against Calendly Teams billed yearly, the flat plan is cheaper from four hosts. Calendly stays cheaper for two or three hosts, and we would rather you know that before you buy anything.
What is the difference between Calendly Standard and Teams?
The difference is round robin and admin control. Standard gives each person unlimited event types, reminders, payments and collective events, where several hosts must all be free. Teams adds round robin, which spreads bookings across a pool, plus routing forms that send a lead to the right rep, centrally managed event types and Salesforce updates.
A practical test: if each person only needs their own booking link, Standard is enough and costs $6 less per seat a month billed yearly. The moment you want one link on the website that hands demos to whichever rep is free, you are on Teams for every host in that pool. Most sales, recruiting and customer success teams end up there within a quarter.
What does Calendly Enterprise cost?
Calendly Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year and requires at least 50 seats, which works out to $300 per seat a year at the floor. It is quoted by sales, billed in US dollars, and adds SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, domain control and deeper Salesforce and Dynamics routing. Our Calendly Enterprise pricing breakdown compares it with Teams at 50, 75 and 100 seats.
Does Calendly offer a nonprofit or education discount?
Calendly says it offers special pricing to qualifying nonprofits and educational institutions, but the discount is not listed as a number on the pricing page. You apply through Calendly's support or sales team and confirm eligibility first, so budget at list price until you have the discount in writing.
Is Calendly worth paying for?
For one person, usually yes. Standard at $10 a month billed yearly is fair for unlimited event types, reminders and payments, and Calendly's integration catalog is the widest in the category, covering Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot and Salesforce.
For a team, the answer depends on how many people sit in the rotation. A sales team of ten pays $1,920 a year on Teams billed yearly; fifteen pay $2,880. If the team is on Google Workspace and needs round robin, collective meetings and one set of company hours, a flat price covers the same people for less. Teams that also run their outreach with an AI SDR that researches the account and writes the outreach tend to feel this first, because more booked demos means more hosts in the pool.
It is less worth it when you need routing forms tied to Salesforce, Microsoft calendars or Zoom. Those are Calendly strengths, and our product syncs with Google Calendar and Google Meet only. If your business charges clients at booking, Acuity Scheduling pricing is worth a look too, since Acuity bills per account rather than per seat. If you also run HubSpot, compare against the HubSpot Meetings alternative page, since HubSpot charges a Sales or Service seat for every round robin host (the HubSpot Meetings pricing article has the seat math).
How to keep the Calendly bill down
- Bill yearly. Teams drops from $20 to $16 a seat a month, a 20% saving.
- Only seat the hosts. Admins who never take meetings and people who only book others do not need a seat.
- Split the plans. People who only need a personal link can stay on Standard while the rotating pool sits on Teams, if your account setup allows mixed seats.
- Price the alternatives at your real headcount. Our round robin scheduling software table puts twelve vendors side by side, and the Calendly for teams alternative page runs the same math for a flat plan.
The seat count is the number to get right before anything else. Count every person who will be a host in the next twelve months, multiply by $192, and compare that with one company price. If the gap is small, Calendly's integrations may be worth it. If the rotation is growing, the flat plan usually wins by the second hire.
