Calendly Enterprise Pricing and Calendly Enterprise Cost for 50 to 100 Seats Compared With Teams

Calendly Enterprise pricing starts at $15,000 a year, with a minimum of 50 seats, billed yearly in USD only. That is about $25 a seat a month at the minimum, against roughly $15.40 a seat on the Teams plan at the same headcount ($9,240 a year billed yearly). The extra money buys SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics and a dedicated account team.

Calendly figures use its published Teams list price: $16 per seat per month billed yearly for seats 1 to 30, lower bands above that, and $20 per seat month to month. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.

How much does Calendly Enterprise cost?

Calendly lists Enterprise on calendly.com/pricing as "starts at $15k/yr", with seats starting at 50 and pricing available in USD only, checked in September 2026. There is no monthly option and no public per-seat rate. Every Enterprise deal is a sales quote based on seat count, contract length and which add-ons you take, such as the Notetaker and the AI assistant, which Calendly marks as optional extras you have to ask about.

The floor works out like this. $15,000 divided by 50 seats is $300 a seat a year, or $25 a seat a month. Above 50 seats the price per seat usually drops as volume goes up, but nothing about that is published. Procurement data from Vendr, which reports 289 Calendly purchases, puts contracts across all Calendly tiers between about $8,256 and $42,480 a year, with a median around $15,360 and average negotiated savings near 15 percent. Treat those as a sense of range, not a quote.

Calendly Enterprise vs Teams cost at 50 to 100 seats

Teams is the plan most companies compare Enterprise against, because it already has round-robin, routing forms, managed event types and the Salesforce integration. Teams is sold per seat in volume bands when billed yearly: $16 a seat a month for seats 1 to 30, $14.50 for seats 31 to 50, and $14 for seats 51 to 100. Month to month it is $20 a seat.

100$17,640 a year$24,000 a yearquote, above the floor$1,194 a year

At the minimum size, Enterprise costs about $5,760 a year more than Teams for the same 50 people. Whether that is worth it depends entirely on the security and integration list below, because the scheduling features themselves are the same as on Teams.

What does Calendly Enterprise include that Teams does not?

Enterprise includes everything on Teams, plus a short list of controls that matter to IT and security reviews:

  • SSO and SAML, so staff sign in through your identity provider and leavers lose access when their account is disabled.
  • Domain control, which stops employees from opening their own Calendly accounts on your company domain outside the managed organization.
  • Audit log for compliance reviews, and a data deletion API for privacy requests.
  • Salesforce lookup routing, which sends a known account straight to its owner, and a Microsoft Dynamics integration.
  • Onboarding and implementation help and dedicated account support.

If your security team requires SSO for every SaaS tool, or your sales team routes by Salesforce account owner, Enterprise is the plan built for you and the premium buys something real. If neither applies, most of the Enterprise premium pays for controls nobody will switch on.

Is there a minimum number of seats for Calendly Enterprise?

Yes. Calendly's pricing page says Enterprise seats start at 50, and Vendr notes minimums in the 50 to 100 range depending on the deal. A 30 person team that wants SSO still buys at least 50 seats. Teams has no such minimum and runs past 300 seats, so a company of 60 or 200 can stay on Teams if it does not need the Enterprise controls.

Remember what a seat is at Calendly. A seat is required for anyone who connects a calendar and hosts meetings; invitees do not need one. On round-robin and collective event types every host needs a seat, which is why the bill tracks your headcount of hosts rather than your number of meetings. Our breakdown of Calendly round robin pricing shows how that plays out for rotating sales and recruiting teams.

How to negotiate a Calendly Enterprise quote

Enterprise contracts are negotiated, so the list floor is a starting point. A few things tend to move the number:

  • Count real hosts, not employees. Admins who never host meetings and occasional panel interviewers inflate the seat count. Ask which of them truly need a seat.
  • Ask for multi-year pricing only if you are sure. Longer terms usually lower the per-seat rate, but lock you in if your team shrinks or you change tools.
  • Price the Teams alternative in writing. A quote next to the Teams total for the same headcount shows exactly what the Enterprise controls cost you each year.
  • Run it like any other software purchase. Put the renewal date, seat true-up terms and price caps into your usual procurement software so the renewal does not auto-roll at a higher rate.

Is Calendly Enterprise worth it?

Calendly Enterprise is worth it when your IT or security policy requires SSO, SAML and audit logs on every tool, or when your sales process depends on Salesforce account lookup and Microsoft Dynamics. For those companies the $15,000 floor buys compliance you would otherwise have to fight for. It is usually not worth it for a team that only needs booking links, round-robin and admin control, because Teams already does those for less.

There is a third group: companies with 50 to 100 people on Google Workspace who were pushed toward Enterprise by headcount alone, and who mostly need shared booking pages, round-robin for first calls and collective scheduling for panel interviews and joint demos. For them a flat company price changes the math more than any discount will.

Calendly Enterprise alternative on one company price

ScheduleMeeting prices by company, not by host. The Business plan covers up to 100 people at $199 a month, or $1,194 a year billed yearly, and includes unlimited meeting types, round-robin and collective meetings, shared team pages, company-wide hours and holidays, priority support and managed onboarding. Two-way Google Calendar sync and Google Meet links are built in.

Be clear about what it does not do. We do not offer SSO or SAML, audit logs, Salesforce or HubSpot routing, Microsoft 365 or Outlook sync, or Zoom and Teams links. If any of those is a hard requirement, stay with Calendly Enterprise or look at Chili Piper and its alternatives for CRM-driven routing. If your team runs on Google Workspace and the requirement is simply that meetings get booked, spread fairly and land on the right calendars, compare the numbers on our Calendly for teams alternative page and the calculator above.

Calendly Enterprise pricing questions

How much is Calendly Enterprise per user?

Calendly does not publish a per-user Enterprise rate. The list price starts at $15,000 a year with a 50 seat minimum, which is $300 a seat a year or $25 a seat a month at the floor. Larger contracts are quoted and usually cost less per seat.

Can you pay monthly for Calendly Enterprise?

No. Enterprise is sold on yearly contracts in USD. Month to month billing is only available on the self-serve plans, where Teams costs $20 a seat a month.

Does Calendly Teams have SSO?

No. SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs and the data deletion API are listed as Enterprise features. Teams has round-robin, routing forms, managed event types and the Salesforce integration, but not single sign-on.

What is the difference between Calendly Teams and Enterprise?

Enterprise includes everything on Teams and adds SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Salesforce lookup routing, Microsoft Dynamics, onboarding and dedicated support. It starts at $15,000 a year for 50 seats, while Teams is sold per seat with no minimum.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Calendly Enterprise for 50 to 100 people?

If you do not need SSO, audit logs or CRM routing, yes. Calendly Teams costs about $9,240 a year at 50 seats, and ScheduleMeeting Business covers up to 100 people on Google Workspace for $1,194 a year billed yearly.
