Round-robin that evens out the load
Each booking goes to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, counted across the whole calendar rather than one link. A new hire gets fed while a busy senior rep gets a breather.
Per-member cost compared at every headcount
Appointlet bills every member who can be booked, and round robin sits on Premium at $9 a member billed yearly or $12 month to month. Slide the calculator to the number of people in your rotation: from six members billed yearly, or nine billed monthly, a flat Team plan for up to 15 people costs less.

Round-robin and collective meetings for your whole team
Appointlet figures use its published Premium list price, the plan its pricing table lists for round robin: $9 per member per month billed yearly, $12 month to month. A member is anyone who can be booked. The Free plan covers up to five members and 25 meetings a month. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.
The short answer
Appointlet has a Free plan for up to five members and 25 meetings a month, and a Premium plan at $9 per member a month billed yearly or $12 month to month. Its pricing table lists round robin on Premium and Enterprise, and every bookable member is billed, so a rotating team pays $108 per person a year at minimum.
An Appointlet alternative makes sense once the rotation grows past five people and the team runs on Google Workspace. At eight members Appointlet Premium is $864 a year and Calendly Teams is $1,536, while ScheduleMeeting Team is $594 a year for up to 15 people with round-robin and collective meetings included. Below six members billed yearly, Appointlet is the cheaper choice and we say so.
Appointlet earns its reputation honestly. The free tier is generous for a small office, Salesforce sync is included on every plan, and the booking pages handle intake forms, manual approval, group sessions and payments without add-ons. For a three-person consultancy or a single recruiter, it is hard to argue with.
The math changes when a sales, recruiting or customer success team puts eight, twelve or fifteen people into one rotation. Appointlet counts each of them as a member, and each member is a line on the invoice. A shared booking link is a team asset, though, and paying for it one person at a time means the bill rises every time you hire. That is the gap a flat company price closes.
The cheapest plan on each product that rotates bookings across a team, side by side. Appointlet figures come from appointlet.com/pricing and its help center, Calendly figures from Calendly's help center, checked October 2026.

Appointlet is a trademark of its owner and Calendly is a trademark of Calendly LLC; neither is affiliated with ScheduleMeeting. Rival prices are their published US list prices as of October 2026, before tax, and can change. Appointlet's older help articles still quote $10 per member with a 20% annual discount; the current pricing page shows $12 monthly and $9 billed yearly, so confirm on appointlet.com before you buy. The parts of a team scheduling setup that sales, recruiting and customer success teams use every day, on one company price instead of a fee per member.
Each booking goes to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, counted across the whole calendar rather than one link. A new hire gets fed while a busy senior rep gets a breather.
One link that only offers times when every required host is free. Panel interviews, a demo with a solutions engineer, a client review with the account owner and a specialist.
Busy time is read from every connected calendar before a slot is offered, and each booking lands as a Google event with a Meet link for the host and the guest.
Set office hours and closures once for the company. Every booking page respects them on top of each person's own working hours, so nobody gets booked on July 4.
Team covers up to 15 people at $99 a month. Adding the sixth, tenth or fifteenth person to the rotation costs nothing extra.
Email confirmations and reminders, buffers before and after meetings, minimum notice and a daily cap per person, so the calendar stays workable at volume.
Most teams move their shared links first and keep everything else as it is until the Appointlet renewal date.
Sign up with a work email, name the company and choose Team. Invite everyone who takes meetings; each person connects their own Google Calendar.
Most teams have three to six: an intro call, a demo, a screen, an onboarding session. Copy durations, buffers, notice rules and screening questions from Appointlet.
Pick round-robin for first calls and collective for panels. Add the company hours and holidays once and every page follows them.
Replace links in your website, email signatures and sequences, then reduce members in Appointlet's billing screen. Appointlet credits removed members pro rata.
The pattern repeats: a rotating link the outside world books into, a Google Workspace calendar, and a headcount that keeps climbing.
Inbound demo requests land on one link that spreads them across the reps who are free. Our sales scheduling software page covers the demo setup in detail.
Phone screens rotate across recruiters and panels pull the hiring manager plus two interviewers into one slot. See interview scheduling software for the hiring workflow.
Kickoffs and quarterly reviews rotate across CSMs, with company holidays applied to every page so clients never book a closed day.
Discovery calls go to whichever strategist is free, and client reviews pull the account lead and a specialist into one collective meeting.
Appointlet has a Free plan that costs nothing for up to five members, with up to 25 meetings a month and one scheduling page. It includes video conferencing links, Salesforce sync and intake forms. Round robin, automated reminders, unlimited meetings and payments are marked as Premium features on Appointlet's pricing table.
For a small team with light volume, Free is a real option. The 25-meeting ceiling is the usual breaking point: a five-person sales team booking two demos a day each passes it in the first week. At that point every member moves to Premium at $9 billed yearly, which is where our Appointlet pricing breakdown lays out the bill for 2 to 50 members.
Yes. Appointlet's round robin distributes incoming meetings one member at a time in a circular order, pools everyone's availability so guests see the most open times, and lets you give selected members priority. The current pricing table shows round robin on the Premium and Enterprise plans, not on Free.
ScheduleMeeting assigns differently: each booking goes to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, counted across every link the person is on. That keeps the load even when someone comes back from vacation with an empty calendar. Both approaches work; the difference that usually matters is the price once the pool passes five people.
Appointlet is cheaper than Calendly for most teams. Appointlet Premium is $9 per member a month billed yearly against $16 for Calendly Teams, and both include round robin. Calendly has the larger integration catalog, HubSpot sync and iCloud calendars; Appointlet has a free tier for up to five members and Salesforce on every plan.
Both still bill per person, so both bills grow with the team. At fifteen members billed yearly, Appointlet is $1,620 and Calendly is $2,880. A Google Workspace team that needs round robin and collective meetings can cover the same fifteen people on ScheduleMeeting Team for $594 a year. If you are weighing Calendly too, our Calendly for teams alternative page has the seat bands.
The best Appointlet alternatives for a team are Calendly Teams for the widest integrations, Cal.com Teams for routing forms and self-hosting, Zoho Bookings for companies already on Zoho CRM, and ScheduleMeeting for Google Workspace teams that want one flat price. Each of the first three bills per person; ScheduleMeeting does not.
Our round robin scheduling software comparison puts twelve vendors in one price table at the same headcount. Pick by the systems you already run: if the company lives in Outlook or Salesforce, Appointlet or Calendly will fit better than we do.
| Tool | Round-robin plan | Billed | Ten people, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appointlet | Premium | $9 per member a month | $1,080 |
| Calendly | Teams | $16 per seat a month | $1,920 |
| Cal.com | Teams | $12 per user a month | $1,440 |
| Zoho Bookings | Basic | $6 per user a month | $720 |
| ScheduleMeeting | Team | Flat, up to 15 people | $594 |
A member in Appointlet is anyone who can be booked. Appointlet's help center separates members from team access: admins and coordinators who only configure pages can be invited without charge, while every host who appears on a meeting type is billed. Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated, and removing one issues a prorated credit.
That is fairer than tools that bill admins, but it still ties the invoice to the size of your rotation. In ScheduleMeeting, everyone up to the plan limit is included, whether they take meetings, manage pages or both.
Appointlet does several things we do not. The real question is whether your team needs them or just a rotating link on Google Calendar.
Appointlet Premium is $9 per member a month billed yearly or $12 month to month. Free covers up to five members and 25 meetings a month, and Enterprise is quoted. Five members on Premium pay $540 a year, eight pay $864 and fifteen pay $1,620 billed yearly.
Yes. Appointlet distributes meetings to members in circular order with pooled availability and optional priority. Its current pricing table lists round robin on Premium and Enterprise.
For price, usually yes: Appointlet Premium is $9 per member billed yearly against $16 for Calendly Teams. Calendly has more integrations, HubSpot sync and iCloud calendars. Both bill per person, so both grow with the team.
Yes. Appointlet lists a Salesforce integration on every plan, including Free, that updates prospects, leads or opportunities when bookings come in. ScheduleMeeting has no built-in CRM sync.
From six bookable people billed yearly, or nine billed monthly. Team is $594 a year for up to 15 people, while six Appointlet Premium members cost $648 a year.
No. ScheduleMeeting syncs two-way with Google Calendar and creates Google Meet links. Teams on Outlook, Office 365 or Zoom are better served by Appointlet or Calendly.
Team plan: round-robin and collective meetings, shared team pages and company-wide hours for up to 15 people at $99 a month, or $49.50 a month billed yearly. No fee per member.
