One detail trips people up when they research Appointlet. Its older help center articles and FAQ still say Premium is $10 per member with a 20% annual discount, and the FAQ describes a free plan with unlimited members. The current pricing page shows $12 monthly, $9 billed yearly and a five-member cap on Free. Budget against the pricing page, and confirm it on the day you buy.
What Appointlet costs for a team of 2 to 50
Because Premium is a flat per-member price with no volume bands, the bill is simply members times $108 a year, or members times $144 billed monthly. The table below sets that against Calendly Teams, the most common tool buyers compare it with, and against ScheduleMeeting, which charges one price per company. Calendly Teams is $16 a seat a month billed yearly for the first 30 seats and $14.50 for seats 31 to 50.

Two things stand out. Appointlet is cheaper than Calendly at every size, by roughly 44% billed yearly. And it is cheaper than a flat plan only while the team is small: up to five members billed yearly, or up to eight billed monthly. The limits that matter to a team are on the Premium side of the pricing table. Round robin, automated reminders, unlimited meetings and payment collection are all marked as Premium. That means Free works for a small office that books a few consultations a week and confirms them by hand, but not for a sales or recruiting team that needs a shared link to rotate meetings. Twenty-five meetings is about one working week for five people taking one meeting a day.
Who counts as a member in Appointlet?
A member is anyone who can be booked. Appointlet's help center separates members from team access: people who only configure pages, such as an operations admin or a recruiting coordinator, can be invited without charge. Every host who appears on a meeting type is billed. If you add a member in the middle of a billing cycle you pay a prorated amount, and removing one issues a prorated credit to the account.
This is a fairer rule than tools that bill admins as seats, and it is worth knowing when you compare quotes. A ten-person sales team with two coordinators pays for ten members on Appointlet, while some rivals would bill twelve. It still means the invoice tracks the size of the rotation, so the cost of the scheduling tool rises with every hire.
