Zoho Bookings figures use its published US Basic list price, which includes round-robin and collective bookings: $6 per user per month billed yearly, $8 month to month. Premium, with payments, SMS and routing forms, is $9 yearly and $12 monthly. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.

How much does Zoho Bookings cost?

Zoho Bookings lists three plans on zoho.com/bookings/pricing, checked in September 2026, plus a Flex plan quoted by sales. Paid plans are priced per user, and annual billing takes 25 percent off the monthly price. US prices are shown before sales tax, and customers in other countries see local currency.

Basic$8 per user a month$6 per user a month ($72 a user a year)Round-robin with four assignment modes, collective bookings, one-on-one bookings, user roles, one workspace, email workflows, meeting links for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoho Meeting, Zapier, Zoho CRM sync
Premium$12 per user a month$9 per user a month ($108 a user a year)Everything in Basic, plus routing forms, payments, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, group and recurring bookings, three workspaces, white labeling, custom domain and CSS, customer portal, audit log, revenue reports

Two add-ons sit outside the plan price. Extra workspaces cost $12 a month billed yearly or $15 monthly, and bookable resources such as rooms or equipment cost $9 a month billed yearly or $12 monthly. Zoho offers a 15-day trial of the paid plans, and your setup stays in place if the trial runs out.

Is Zoho Bookings free?

Yes, for one user. The Forever Free plan does not ask for a card and covers one person taking online meetings with email reminders and calendar sync. It stops there: there is no second user, so there is no round-robin, no collective booking and no team page. As soon as two people share a booking link you are on Basic.

Two groups pay less than list. Companies on Zoho One get the Premium plan of Zoho Bookings as part of that bundle, and Zoho says nonprofits and educational institutions can ask for special pricing by email.

Does Zoho Bookings Basic include round robin?

Yes, and that is the plan's strongest selling point. Basic lets a team service assign each booking by load balancing, by priority, by plain round-robin or by Zoho's default method, and it includes collective bookings where several hosts meet one customer. For comparison, Calendly only has round-robin from its Teams plan at $16 a seat billed yearly, and Koalendar puts it on Pro at $6.99 a seat.

What Basic leaves out matters more for some teams than others. Routing forms, payments at booking, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, group sessions and a custom booking domain are all Premium. If your website sends leads through a qualifying form before the calendar, budget for Premium, not Basic.

Zoho Bookings pricing for teams, the yearly bill by headcount

Per-user pricing looks small on the pricing page and adds up on an invoice. Here is what Zoho Bookings costs a year at US list price for common team sizes, on both plans, next to Calendly Teams and a plan priced per company.

UsersBasic, yearlyBasic, monthlyPremium, yearlyCalendly Teams, yearlyScheduleMeeting, yearly
2$144$192$216$384$594 (Team)
3$216$288$324$576$594 (Team)
5$360$480$540$960$594 (Team)
8$576$768$864$1,536$594 (Team)
10$720$960$1,080$1,920$594 (Team)
15$1,080$1,440$1,620$2,880$594 (Team)
20$1,440$1,920$2,160$3,840$1,194 (Business)
30$2,160$2,880$3,240$5,760$1,194 (Business)
50$3,600$4,800$5,400$9,240$1,194 (Business)

Three things stand out. Zoho Bookings is less than half the price of Calendly at every size. Premium costs 50 percent more than Basic, so the payments and routing features are not a small upgrade on a large team. And at nine users billed yearly, or thirteen billed monthly, Zoho Basic starts to cost more than ScheduleMeeting Team, which covers up to 15 people for $594 a year. The calculator at the top of this page runs the numbers for your exact headcount.

Is Zoho Bookings cheaper than Calendly?

Yes. Zoho Bookings Basic is $6 per user a month billed yearly, or $8 month to month, and it already includes round-robin and collective bookings. The cheapest Calendly plan with round-robin is Teams at $16 a seat billed yearly or $20 monthly. Even Zoho Premium, at $9 and $12, is well under Calendly Teams. If you are also pricing service-business tools, our Setmore pricing breakdown shows the one per-user option that costs less than Zoho Bookings, and what it leaves out.

Calendly's extra cost buys native Salesforce and HubSpot sync, routing forms, iCloud calendars and more video tools. Zoho's native sync is with its own CRM and Bigin, and other CRMs connect through Zapier or Zoho Flow. So the honest split is simple: a team on Zoho CRM should almost always pick Zoho Bookings, and a team on Salesforce may still find Calendly worth the gap.

When a flat team plan beats Zoho Bookings

For one to eight people on annual billing, Zoho Bookings Basic is the cheaper buy, and it comes with Outlook support, Zoom and Microsoft Teams links, and four assignment modes. A plan priced per company starts to make sense when:

  • Nine or more people share inbound meetings, or the rotation is going to grow this year.
  • The team works in Google Workspace and meets on Google Meet, and nobody uses Zoho CRM.
  • You want round-robin that balances meetings by count without choosing and tuning an assignment method.
  • You want office hours and company holidays set once for every booking page.
  • You do not take payment at booking or send SMS reminders, so Premium's extras would go unused.

ScheduleMeeting Team is $99 a month, or $49.50 a month billed yearly, for up to 15 people with round-robin, collective meetings and company-wide hours. Business covers up to 100 people at $199 a month. We set Zoho Bookings, Calendly and a flat plan side by side, with the full feature table, on our Zoho Bookings alternative page. If you are weighing several per-user tools at once, the round robin scheduling software comparison prices eleven vendors by headcount.

Before you pay for Zoho Bookings for a team

A few checks keep the first invoice from being a surprise:

  • Count users a year out, not today. Annual billing is where the 25 percent saving comes from, and it also fixes the user count you are paying for.
  • Decide Basic or Premium before the trial ends. If you need routing forms, payments or a custom booking domain, only Premium has them.
  • Add up the add-ons. Each extra workspace and each bookable room is a separate monthly charge.
  • Test the assignment mode with real calendars during the 15-day trial and check who got the bookings. If you also have an Appointlet quote, compare it with our Appointlet pricing table, which bills only bookable members.
  • Look at how customers reach you. If many of them still phone instead of clicking a link, an AI receptionist that answers business calls and books the appointment can sit in front of whichever scheduler you choose.
