Setmore figures use its published Pro list price, the plan with two-way calendar sync: $5 per user per month billed yearly, $12 month to month. The Free plan covers up to four users with one-way sync. Setmore assigns "any team member" bookings by staff ranking order rather than rotating them. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.

How much does Setmore cost?

Setmore lists two self-serve plans on setmore.com/pricing, checked in October 2026, plus custom pricing for larger organizations through its sales team. Pro is priced per user, and the yearly price is less than half the monthly one. US prices are shown before sales tax.

One add-on sits outside the plan. Live Receptionist, a US-only service where people answer your business calls and book appointments, costs $99 a month on top of either plan. Setmore offers no time-limited trial of Pro because the Free plan works as the trial, and it says you can request a refund within 30 days if Pro is not a fit.

Is Setmore free?

Yes, for up to four users, and the Free plan is more generous than most. You get unlimited appointments, a shared booking page, payments through Stripe, Square or PayPal, and the mobile apps without a card. The catch for a team is calendar sync. On Free it runs one way, so Setmore bookings appear in Google Calendar but meetings already in Google do not block your Setmore page. A sales call booked into an hour someone already gave to an internal meeting is the usual result.

Older reviews mention a cap of 200 appointments a month on Free. The current pricing page lists unlimited appointments on both plans, so that limit no longer applies.

What does Setmore Pro add over Free?

Pro is the plan most working teams end up on, and two-way sync is the reason. Beyond that it adds SMS reminders, a second reminder per appointment, recurring and video appointments with Zoom or Google Meet links, deposits, Google review requests, blocking specific customers, custom availability per service and API access. It also removes the four-user ceiling, so a fifth staff member means everyone moves to Pro.

That last point is the one people miss when they budget. Setmore bills Pro per user across the account, so you cannot keep three people on Free and two on Pro. Once the team passes four users or needs two-way sync, every user is a $5 line billed yearly or a $12 line billed monthly.

Setmore cost for a team from 2 to 50 users

The table below shows the yearly bill for Setmore Pro next to Calendly Teams, the cheapest Calendly plan that rotates bookings, and ScheduleMeeting, which charges one price per company plan. All figures are list prices for a full year of use.

Read honestly, the table says Setmore is the cheaper tool for most small teams. Up to nine users billed yearly it costs less than any flat plan we sell, and up to eight users billed monthly. From ten to fifteen people our Team plan is cheaper. Between sixteen and nineteen users billed yearly Setmore wins again, because a team that size needs our Business plan, and from twenty users on the flat price pulls ahead and the gap grows with every hire. At fifty users the difference is about $1,800 a year billed yearly and close to $4,800 billed monthly.

Does Setmore have round robin?

Not in the sense sales and recruiting teams mean. Setmore has an "Any team member" option on the booking page and a "Skip team members" setting that hides staff selection altogether. In both cases the booking goes to the first available provider in the order your staff is ranked in the account. The person at the top of the list takes the earliest open slot every time, and the people below only get bookings when everyone above them is busy.

For a salon or a clinic that is often intentional: the owner wants the senior stylist booked first. For a team that shares inbound demos, phone screens or onboarding calls it creates the opposite of what you want. One rep gets buried, the newest rep sits idle, and someone has to re-rank staff by hand every week. Real round-robin assigns each booking to the free person with the fewest meetings, or rotates in turn. Calendly Teams, Zoho Bookings, Cal.com Teams and ScheduleMeeting all work that way, and our round robin scheduling software comparison prices eleven vendors that do.

Is Setmore worth it for a meeting team?

It depends on what the booking is for. Setmore is worth it when customers book a paid service with a provider: deposits at booking, class sign-ups, Reserve with Google, SMS reminders that cut no-shows, and a front desk that wants one calendar view of everyone. For $5 a user billed yearly that is strong value, and a professional services firm that bills at booking gets a lot for the money.

It is a weaker fit for teams whose meetings are the work itself: sales demos, candidate screens, customer kickoffs, client reviews with two partners. Those teams need fair rotation, collective slots that only show times when every host is free, and company-wide hours applied to every page. Setmore covers the first only by ranking order and does not offer collective meetings at all. If your firm bills clients after the meeting rather than at booking, Setmore's payment tools also go unused, and an accounts receivable tool that chases every invoice does more for cash flow than a deposit field.

How Setmore compares with Calendly on price

Setmore is cheaper than Calendly at every team size. Calendly Standard costs $10 a seat billed yearly and $12 monthly but has no round-robin; Teams costs $16 a seat yearly and $20 monthly and is the first Calendly plan that rotates bookings. At ten people that is $600 a year on Setmore Pro against $1,920 on Calendly Teams. What Calendly buys with the difference is real round-robin, collective events, routing forms and native Salesforce and HubSpot sync. Our Setmore vs Calendly for teams page puts the two side by side with a flat plan and a calculator for your headcount.

When a flat plan beats Setmore

A flat company plan makes sense when three things are true at once. The team has ten or more people taking meetings, or will soon. Meetings have to be spread evenly rather than handed to whoever ranks first. And the team runs on Google Workspace and Google Meet, so Setmore's Office 365, Apple and Zoom support is not what keeps you there.

ScheduleMeeting Team costs $99 a month, or $594 a year, for up to 15 people, and Business covers up to 100. Both include round-robin by meeting count, collective meetings for panels, two-way Google Calendar sync and company hours and holidays on every page. There are no payments or SMS, so a business that charges at booking should stay on Setmore. For a team weighing other low-cost options, the Zoho Bookings pricing breakdown covers the closest per-user rival that includes real round-robin.

Setmore pricing questions

How much is Setmore per user?

Setmore Pro is $5 per user a month billed yearly ($60 a user a year) or $12 per user month to month. The Free plan costs nothing for up to four users. Live Receptionist is a separate $99 a month add-on in the US.

Is Setmore free for small businesses?

Yes, for up to four users. Setmore Free includes unlimited appointments, a team booking page, payments and the mobile apps. Calendar sync is one-way and there are no SMS reminders, so most teams move to Pro once they need two-way sync.

Does Setmore have a free trial?

There is no time-limited trial because the Free plan stays free. Setmore says you can try Pro and request a refund within 30 days if it is not a fit.

Why is Setmore Pro $12 a month but $5 on the pricing page?

The $5 figure is the per-user monthly price when you pay for a full year up front. Paying month to month costs $12 per user, so yearly billing saves 58 percent.

Does Setmore charge for every staff member?

Yes, on Pro. Every user on the account is billed, and you cannot mix Free and Pro users. A fifth team member, or the need for two-way sync, puts every user on Pro.

At what team size is a flat plan cheaper than Setmore?

At ten users billed yearly and nine billed monthly. ScheduleMeeting Team costs $594 a year for up to 15 people, while ten Setmore Pro users cost $600 a year. Between 16 and 19 users billed yearly Setmore is cheaper again, and from 20 users the flat Business plan costs less.
