Round-robin that evens out the load
Each booking goes to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, counted across the whole calendar rather than one link. A new rep gets fed while a busy senior rep gets a breather.
Per-seat cost compared at every headcount
Reclaim is a strong AI calendar for protecting focus time, and its round-robin scheduling links sit on the Business plan at $15 a seat billed yearly. If your team bought it mostly for those shared links, slide the calculator to your headcount: from four people billed yearly, a flat Team plan for up to 15 people costs less.
Two-way Google Calendar sync, Google Meet, round-robin and collective meetings, company-wide hours. Monthly or yearly billing, cancel from the billing screen.

Round-robin and collective meetings for your whole team
Reclaim figures use its published Business list price, the plan its help center names for round-robin scheduling links: $15 per seat per month billed yearly, $18 month to month. Starter is $10 yearly and $12 monthly for up to 10 seats. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.
The short answer
Reclaim charges per seat: Starter is $10 a seat a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) for up to 10 seats, and Business is $15 yearly ($18 monthly) for up to 100. Reclaim's help center lists round-robin scheduling links on Business and Enterprise, so a team that shares one rotating link pays $180 per person a year at minimum.
A Reclaim AI alternative makes sense when the team uses Reclaim mainly for booking links rather than AI time blocking. At eight people Reclaim Business is $1,440 a year, while ScheduleMeeting Team is $594 a year for up to 15 people on Google Workspace, with round-robin and collective meetings included and no charge per host.
Most people buy Reclaim for what happens inside their own calendar. It defends focus time, slots habits and tasks around meetings, syncs personal and work calendars, and moves flexible events when the week changes. For an individual or a small team that lives in Google or Outlook all day, that is worth $10 to $15 a month on its own.
Teams that face customers often end up using a narrower slice. A sales lead rolls Reclaim out so inbound demos can land on one round-robin link, or a recruiting lead wants screens spread across the team. Then every rep, recruiter or CSM in the pool sits on a Business seat for a feature that is only one row on the pricing page, and the question becomes what a shared, rotating link costs when you buy it on its own.

Reclaim is a trademark of Reclaim.ai and Calendly is a trademark of Calendly LLC; neither is affiliated with ScheduleMeeting. Rival prices are their published US list prices as of October 2026, before tax, and can change. Reclaim's pricing table and help center have differed on which plans include round-robin links, so confirm on reclaim.ai before you buy. ScheduleMeeting prices are read from our pricing configuration.
The parts of a shared scheduling setup that sales, recruiting and customer success teams use every day, on one company price instead of a seat each.
Each booking goes to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, counted across the whole calendar rather than one link. A new rep gets fed while a busy senior rep gets a breather.
One link that only offers times when every required host is free. Panel interviews, a demo with a sales engineer, a client review with two partners.
Busy times on each person's Google Calendar block the link in real time, and every booking lands back on the host's calendar with a Google Meet link attached.
Set office hours and company holidays once. Every booking page respects them on top of each person's own schedule, so nobody books a call on the Fourth of July.
Up to 15 people on Team and up to 100 on Business. Adding a recruiter or a new CSM to the rotation does not change the invoice.
Every invitee and host gets a confirmation, a reminder before the call and a link to reschedule or cancel, so no one on your side chases no-shows by hand.
You do not have to give up Reclaim to do this. Many teams keep it for personal time blocking and move only the shared links.
Sign up with a work email, name the company and choose Team. Invite everyone who takes meetings; each person connects their own Google Calendar.
Most teams have three to six: an intro call, a demo, a screen, an onboarding session. Copy durations, buffers, notice rules and screening questions.
Pick round-robin for first calls and collective for panels, choose who is in each pool, and set company hours once for every page.
Replace the Reclaim links on the website, in email signatures and in templates. Then move people who only needed the shared link down to Lite or Starter.
The pattern is the same in each case: a rotating link the outside world books into, a Google Workspace calendar, and a headcount that keeps growing.
Inbound demo requests land on one link that spreads them across the reps who are free. Our sales scheduling software page covers the demo setup in detail.
Phone screens rotate across recruiters and panels pull the hiring manager plus two interviewers into one slot. See interview scheduling software for the hiring workflow.
New accounts book a kickoff with whichever CSM has room this week, and meetings stay balanced across the team as the book of business grows.
Discovery calls go to the next free consultant and client reviews with two partners go on a collective link, all under one company plan.
Reclaim is worth it for people whose main problem is their own calendar: protecting focus time, fitting habits and tasks around meetings, and keeping work and personal calendars in sync. At $10 to $15 a seat a month it is priced fairly for that. It is worth less for a team that only needs a shared booking link, because round-robin sits on Business and every member of the pool is a seat.
A simple test: count how many people on the team use focus time, habits or task scheduling every week. If the answer is everyone, Reclaim earns its seats. If most people only show up in the round-robin pool, you are paying AI calendar prices for a booking link.
Reclaim has a Lite plan for one user that costs nothing, with one scheduling link, one calendar sync across two connected calendars and a one-week scheduling range. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial, and Reclaim's help center says round-robin links work during the trial. After it ends, a shared rotating link needs Business at $15 a seat billed yearly.
Lite works as a personal tool, but it is a single-user plan. As soon as two people need to share a booking link, the team is on a paid plan, billed per seat. Our Reclaim AI pricing breakdown has the yearly bill for 2 to 50 seats on Starter and Business.
Reclaim is better at managing your own week; Calendly is better as a booking tool for teams that sell. Reclaim adds AI focus time, habits, task scheduling and calendar sync on top of scheduling links. Calendly goes deeper on the booking side, with routing forms, native Salesforce and HubSpot sync, payments and more video tools. On price they are close: Reclaim Business is $15 a seat billed yearly and Calendly Teams is $16.
If neither the AI planner nor the CRM sync matters to you, the per-seat price is what is left to compare. Our Calendly for teams alternative page runs that math for Calendly, and the calculator above runs it for Reclaim.
For a team that mainly shares booking links, a dedicated scheduling tool usually fits better than an AI calendar. The common Reclaim AI competitors split into two groups. Motion competes on AI time management (Clockwise, the other big name there, shut down in March 2026 after Salesforce hired its team). Calendly, Cal.com, SavvyCal, OnceHub and flat company plans such as ScheduleMeeting compete on the shared link. Our round robin scheduling software page puts eleven of them in one price table by headcount.
If you want an honest look at what AI does and does not do for booking meetings, the AI scheduling assistant comparison lays out where AI calendars help and where rule-based booking pages are enough. For panel interviews and joint demos, see collective scheduling software.
Reclaim does a lot that we do not. The real question is whether your team pays for those seats to use the AI planner or just the shared link.
Yes. Reclaim's round-robin links pool availability across teammates and assign each booking to one host, preferring whoever has the fewest bookings through that link. Reclaim's help center lists them on the free trial and on the Business and Enterprise plans.
Reclaim Business, the plan with round-robin links, is $15 a seat a month billed yearly or $18 month to month. Five people pay $900 a year, eight pay $1,440 and fifteen pay $2,700 billed yearly.
Yes. Reclaim supports both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar accounts and can sync events between them. ScheduleMeeting syncs with Google Calendar only, so an Outlook team should stay with Reclaim or another tool with Microsoft support.
At four seats billed yearly and six billed monthly. ScheduleMeeting Team costs $594 a year for up to 15 people, while four Reclaim Business seats cost $720 a year and six cost $1,296 a year month to month.
Yes. Reclaim reads your Google Calendar, so meetings booked through ScheduleMeeting appear there and Reclaim plans focus time around them. Many teams keep Reclaim Lite or Starter for personal planning and move shared links to one company plan.
No. ScheduleMeeting is a booking tool: shared links, round-robin, collective meetings, company hours and reminders. It does not schedule tasks, habits or focus time. If that is what your team values in Reclaim, keep Reclaim for it.
Team plan: round-robin and collective meetings, shared team pages and company-wide hours for up to 15 people at $99 a month, or $49.50 a month billed yearly. No seat per host.
