How much does Reclaim AI cost?
Reclaim lists four plans on reclaim.ai/pricing, checked in October 2026. Every paid plan is priced per seat, and yearly billing is about 17 percent cheaper than paying month to month. Enterprise is sold on yearly contracts only. US prices are shown before sales tax.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Seats | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $0 | $0 | 1 user | Focus time, habits and tasks with a one-week planning range, 1 scheduling link, 1 calendar sync across 2 connected calendars, Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet |
| Starter | $12 per seat a month | $10 per seat a month ($120 a seat a year) | Up to 10 | 8-week planning range, 3 scheduling links, unlimited connected calendars, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear |
| Business | $18 per seat a month | $15 per seat a month ($180 a seat a year) | Up to 100 | 12-week planning range, unlimited scheduling links and calendar syncs, round-robin links, webhooks, team out-of-office features |
| Enterprise | Not offered | $22 per seat a month | Over 100 | SSO and SCIM provisioning, delegated access for executive assistants, enterprise support |
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. One more line item has appeared on the pricing page: Attendee Users, sold in small packs, cover people without a Reclaim seat who join Reclaim's smart meetings with three or more attendees. They do not affect scheduling links, and two-person meetings never need them.
Is Reclaim AI free?
Yes, for one person. Lite costs nothing and gives a single user focus time, habits, task scheduling over a one-week window, one scheduling link and one calendar sync. It is a capable personal planner. It is not a team plan: there is no second seat on Lite, so the moment two people need to share a booking link or appear in the same pool, the account moves to a paid plan and every member is billed.
The trial is the other free part. Reclaim's help center says round-robin links work during the 14-day trial, which is useful for testing, but the feature then needs Business to keep running.
Which Reclaim plan includes round-robin?
Business and Enterprise. Reclaim's help center article on round-robin links says they are available on the free trial and to users on the Business or Enterprise plans. The pricing comparison also lists a round-robin row, and the two sources have not always matched, so check your own account before you budget on Starter.
When it runs, Reclaim pools the availability of everyone on the link and gives each booking to one person, preferring whoever has had the fewest bookings through that link. You can mark preferred organizers, who win whenever they are free. That is a sensible rotation. The cost is that every teammate in the pool is a Reclaim user on your team, and Reclaim bills per seat, so a five-person round-robin is five Business seats.
Reclaim cost for a team, 2 to 50 seats
This table multiplies Reclaim's list prices by headcount. Starter stops at 10 seats, so larger teams must be on Business. The last column is ScheduleMeeting, which charges one company price for up to 15 people on Team and up to 100 on Business, with round-robin included on both.
| Seats | Starter, yearly | Business, yearly | Business, monthly billing (per year) | ScheduleMeeting, yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $240 | $360 | $432 | $594 |
| 3 | $360 | $540 | $648 | $594 |
| 5 | $600 | $900 | $1,080 | $594 |
| 8 | $960 | $1,440 | $1,728 | $594 |
| 10 | $1,200 | $1,800 | $2,160 | $594 |
| 15 | Not available | $2,700 | $3,240 | $594 |
| 20 | Not available | $3,600 | $4,320 | $1,194 |
| 30 | Not available | $5,400 | $6,480 | $1,194 |
| 50 | Not available | $9,000 | $10,800 | $1,194 |
The crossover is early. A flat Team plan is cheaper than Reclaim Business from four seats billed yearly and from six billed monthly. Three people on Business pay $540 a year, which is less than a flat plan, so a very small team should not switch for price alone.
Is Reclaim AI worth it for a team?
It depends on which half of Reclaim the team uses. Reclaim is really two products sold as one seat. The first is an AI planner: it guards focus time, slots habits and tasks around meetings, syncs personal and work calendars and reshuffles flexible events when the week changes. The second is a set of scheduling links, including round-robin and team links. For people who use the planner every day, $15 a seat is a fair price, and nothing in a pure booking tool replaces it.
The math changes when most of the team only uses the second half. A typical case is a sales manager who rolls out Reclaim so demos can rotate across eight reps. Two of them love focus time; the other six never open the planner. The company pays $1,440 a year, and roughly three quarters of that buys access to one shared link. Recruiting teams with interviewers in a pool and customer success teams sharing a kickoff link run into the same pattern.
A quick way to decide: list everyone in your round-robin pools and mark who uses focus time, habits or task scheduling weekly. If the list is mostly marked, stay on Reclaim. If it is mostly blank, move the shared links to a booking tool and keep Reclaim Lite or Starter for the people who rely on the planner.
How Reclaim compares with Calendly on price
They are close. Calendly Teams, the first Calendly plan with round-robin, costs $16 a seat a month billed yearly and $20 monthly, against $15 and $18 for Reclaim Business. At eight people that is $1,536 a year on Calendly and $1,440 on Reclaim. What differs is what the seat buys. Calendly puts the money into booking: routing forms, native Salesforce and HubSpot sync, payments and a wider set of video tools. Reclaim puts it into the AI planner. Our Calendly round robin pricing breakdown has the Calendly side in more detail.
When a flat plan beats Reclaim
A flat company plan makes sense when three things are true together. Four or more people share booked meetings, or soon will. Most of them use Reclaim for the shared link rather than the planner. And the team runs on Google Workspace and Google Meet, so Reclaim's Outlook and Zoom support is not what keeps you there.
ScheduleMeeting Team costs $99 a month, or $594 a year, for up to 15 people, and Business covers up to 100. Both include round-robin by upcoming meeting count, collective meetings for panels, two-way Google Calendar sync, and company hours and holidays on every booking page. There is no AI time blocking, so anyone who depends on it should keep a Reclaim seat. The two work side by side: meetings booked through ScheduleMeeting land on Google Calendar, and Reclaim plans focus time around them.
The switch itself is small. Rebuild the three to six links the team shares, set the rotation, and replace the old URLs on the website and in every email signature. If signatures are managed person by person, an email signature tool that sets one template for the whole company turns that last step into a single edit. Our Reclaim AI alternative page compares Reclaim, Calendly and a flat plan row by row, and the AI scheduling assistant comparison covers where AI calendars help a team and where booking rules are enough.
Ways to lower a Reclaim bill
- Pay yearly. Business drops from $18 to $15 a seat, which saves $36 per person a year.
- Mix plans by need. Keep heavy planner users on a paid seat and move people who only book meetings to Lite, then cover shared links another way.
- Audit pools every quarter. People who left a round-robin pool often keep their seat for months.
- Ask about discounts. Reclaim's pricing page mentions discounts; nonprofits, startups and education buyers should ask before paying list price.
