OnceHub Pricing, How Much OnceHub Costs per Seat and Which Plan Has Round-Robin

OnceHub pricing in 2026 has a free Basic plan (one user, one booking link) and three paid plans billed per seat: Schedule at $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, Route at $19 or $23, and Engage at $39 or $47. Enterprise pricing applies from 30 users. Round-robin, routing forms and meeting reassignment start on Route, and single sign-on or a HIPAA BAA is a $5 to $6 per seat add-on.

A team of 10 hosts with round-robin pays $2,280 a year on Route billed yearly or $2,760 month to month. ScheduleMeeting Team covers up to 15 hosts with round-robin and collective meetings for $594 a year, so the flat plan is cheaper from three hosts billed yearly.

OnceHub figures use its published Route list price, the cheapest OnceHub plan with round-robin: $19 per seat per month billed yearly, $23 month to month, every person who receives meetings is a seat. OnceHub quotes Enterprise pricing separately from 30 users. ScheduleMeeting prices are the plans on our pricing page, in US dollars.

How much does OnceHub cost?

OnceHub publishes four plans plus an Enterprise tier. The prices below are the US list prices on oncehub.com/pricing, checked in September 2026. Yearly billing is discounted by up to 18 percent against month to month, and OnceHub bills per seat: any user who receives scheduled meetings or live engagements needs a paid seat, while an administrator who never hosts does not.

Two more line items matter for a team. The Security and Compliance add-on, which covers single sign-on and the HIPAA business associate agreement, is $5 per seat a month billed yearly or $6 monthly. Extra dedicated phone numbers for SMS are $4 a month each, and customizable text notifications draw on SMS credits that are priced separately. New signups get a 14-day trial of Engage with no card.

Which OnceHub plan has round-robin?

Round-robin starts on Route. The Schedule plan gives a team unlimited booking pages and multi-host meetings, but a page on Schedule belongs to one host or to a fixed set of hosts. To have one link that assigns each booking to a different available person, by rotation, by who has the most open time, or by a priority order, you need Route at $19 per seat a month billed yearly. That is the upgrade most teams hit in their second month: the booking pages work, the manager wants the demos spread evenly, and the seat price nearly doubles.

Route also brings routing forms and meeting reassignment, which are genuinely useful for a sales team that qualifies inbound leads by company size or territory before showing a calendar. If your team never fills in a routing form and only wants the rotation, you are paying for the form builder to get the rotation.

OnceHub pricing by team size

The table prices a team where every member hosts meetings, on the two plans a team is likely to buy, next to the ScheduleMeeting plan that covers the same headcount with round-robin and collective meetings included. OnceHub figures are seats multiplied by the list price for twelve months; OnceHub quotes Enterprise pricing from 30 users, so the 50-seat rows are list-price extrapolations you would negotiate down.

HostsOnceHub Schedule, yearlyOnceHub Route, yearlyOnceHub Route, monthly x 12ScheduleMeeting, yearly
3$360$684$828$594 (Team)
5$600$1,140$1,380$594 (Team)
10$1,200$2,280$2,760$594 (Team)
15$1,800$3,420$4,140$594 (Team)
25$3,000$5,700$6,900$1,194 (Business)
50$6,000$11,400$13,800$1,194 (Business)

Read the Route column against the last one. Billed yearly, the flat plan is cheaper from three hosts; month to month, from five. At 10 hosts on Route the gap is $1,686 a year, at 15 it is $2,826, and at 25 hosts on Business it is $4,506. Add the Security and Compliance add-on for single sign-on and a 15-seat Route team pays another $900 a year.

The Schedule column is the honest caveat. If your team only needs 1:1 booking pages and never rotates a meeting, OnceHub Schedule at $10 a seat is cheaper than ScheduleMeeting Starter for a team of one or two, and roughly level at three. The flat plan only pays for itself once you want round-robin, collective pages or company-wide hours, which is exactly when OnceHub moves you to Route.

The seat you pay for that never hosts

OnceHub's licensing rule is fair on paper: administrators who do not receive meetings are free. In practice a sales manager who covers demos on a Friday, a recruiting coordinator who occasionally runs a screen, or a founder who takes the enterprise calls all receive meetings, so each is a seat. Teams that audit their OnceHub bill usually find two or three seats for people who host a handful of meetings a month, at $228 to $276 a year each on Route.

On a per-company plan those people are simply on the account. ScheduleMeeting Team covers 15 people who take meetings for $594 a year whether they host forty calls a week or four a month, so there is no reason to keep an occasional host off the rotation to save a license.

Is OnceHub free?

OnceHub has a free Basic plan limited to one user, one connected calendar and one booking link. It includes multi-location availability, calendar sync with Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange and iCloud, video links for Zoom, Meet, Teams and Webex, and standard email notifications. It does not include round-robin, routing forms, a second booking link, SMS or website embedding, so a team cannot run on it. New paid signups get 14 days of Engage without a card, after which the account drops to the plan you choose.

ScheduleMeeting does not have a permanent free plan. A new company gets a one-time demo with five bookings and one meeting type, then picks Starter, Team or Business on the pricing page.

OnceHub vs Calendly pricing for a team

The two are priced the same way, per seat, and land close together. For round-robin, Calendly Teams is $16 per seat a month billed yearly and $20 monthly; OnceHub Route is $19 and $23. Ten hosts pay $1,920 a year on Calendly Teams and $2,280 on OnceHub Route. Calendly's Standard plan at $10 matches OnceHub Schedule on price but does not include collective meetings for several hosts, which OnceHub Schedule does through multi-host meetings. OnceHub's routing forms and chatbots have no Calendly equivalent below Calendly's own routing add-ons and Enterprise tier.

Against both, the flat plan wins on headcount at any team of three or more billed yearly. We cover the Calendly seat math in detail in the Calendly round robin pricing article and the Calendly for Teams alternative page.

What you lose by leaving OnceHub

Be honest with yourself before switching, because the flat plan does not replace all of OnceHub. Routing forms that qualify a visitor before the calendar appears are a Route feature with no equivalent on ScheduleMeeting. Salesforce and HubSpot sync, SMS reminders, online payments at booking, Zoom and Microsoft Teams links, Microsoft 365 and iCloud calendars, and the HIPAA BAA are all OnceHub features that ScheduleMeeting does not offer. The Engage chatbots are their own category; a team that wants a website chat that answers questions and books the meeting is usually better served by a dedicated AI customer service agent that books appointments than by paying $39 a seat for every host to unlock it.

What the flat plan does replace is the everyday core: booking pages, round-robin to the host with the fewest upcoming meetings, collective pages for panels and two-host demos, buffers, notice periods, daily caps, company-wide hours and holidays, and two-way Google Calendar sync with Meet links. If that list is your OnceHub usage, the switch is an afternoon and the saving is the Route column above. The OnceHub alternative page has the full feature comparison and the migration steps.

How to decide

Count the people who receive meetings, including the occasional hosts. Multiply by $228 a year for Route billed yearly (or $276 monthly), add $60 to $72 a year per seat if you need single sign-on or a BAA. Then ask which OnceHub features outside booking pages and round-robin you opened last month. If the answer is routing forms or the CRM sync, stay and negotiate the seat count. If the answer is none, price the same headcount on a flat plan: $594 a year for up to 15 hosts, $1,194 for up to 100. Sales teams can start from the sales scheduling software page, hiring teams from interview scheduling software.
