How much does Cal.com cost?
Cal.com publishes three priced tiers plus Enterprise. The figures below are the US list prices on cal.com/pricing, checked in September 2026. Yearly billing saves about 25 percent against month to month, and both paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. Teams and Organizations are priced per user, which on Cal.com means every person who belongs to the team, not only admins.
| Cal.com plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Who it is for and what it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free (Individuals) | $0 | $0 | 1 user, unlimited event types and calendar connections, email and SMS notifications, card and PayPal payments, Salesforce and HubSpot sync, 100+ apps |
| Teams | $12 per user a month | $15 per user a month | 1 team with shared availability, round-robin, managed and collective event types, recurring events, routing forms, booking analytics, custom email and SMS notifications, removal of Cal.com branding |
| Organizations | $28 per user a month | $37 per user a month | Unlimited sub-teams, routing by custom variables, a company subdomain, SAML SSO and SCIM, SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliance, role-based permissions, domain-wide delegation |
| Enterprise | Custom, annual | Not offered | Dedicated onboarding and engineering support, SLA and uptime guarantees, HRIS and directory integrations, a dedicated database |
The Free plan is unusually complete for one person. It includes payments and CRM sync, which Calendly and YouCanBookMe hold back for paid tiers. The paywall on Cal.com sits somewhere else: at the moment a second person needs to share a booking link.
Which Cal.com plan has round robin?
Teams is the cheapest Cal.com plan with round-robin. It adds round-robin groups with weights and priority rules, fixed-host round-robin where one person always attends and a second rotates, and collective events where every host must be free. None of that is on the Free plan, because Free is one user. As soon as a sales lead wants one demo link that spreads bookings across four reps, all four move to Teams at $12 or $15 each.
Organizations does not add better rotation. It adds structure and security on top: sub-teams for each department, a yourcompany.cal.com subdomain, SSO, SCIM provisioning and the compliance paperwork. A team that only needs a rotating link has no reason to pay $28 a user.
What does Cal.com cost for a team of 2 to 50?
This table multiplies the Teams list price by headcount for a full year, and adds Organizations for teams that need SSO. It assumes every person in the rotation is a user on the plan, which is how Cal.com bills teams.
| Users | Cal.com Teams, billed yearly | Teams billed monthly, 12 months | Organizations, billed yearly | ScheduleMeeting, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $288 | $360 | $672 | $594 (Team) |
| 3 | $432 | $540 | $1,008 | $594 (Team) |
| 4 | $576 | $720 | $1,344 | $594 (Team) |
| 5 | $720 | $900 | $1,680 | $594 (Team) |
| 6 | $864 | $1,080 | $2,016 | $594 (Team) |
| 8 | $1,152 | $1,440 | $2,688 | $594 (Team) |
| 10 | $1,440 | $1,800 | $3,360 | $594 (Team) |
| 15 | $2,160 | $2,700 | $5,040 | $594 (Team) |
| 20 | $2,880 | $3,600 | $6,720 | $1,194 (Business) |
| 30 | $4,320 | $5,400 | $10,080 | $1,194 (Business) |
| 50 | $7,200 | $9,000 | $16,800 | $1,194 (Business) |
Read it honestly. For two to four people billed yearly, Cal.com Teams costs less than our Team plan at $594 a year, and for one person Cal.com is free, which nothing we sell can match. The line crosses at five people billed yearly ($720 against $594) and at seven people month to month, because our monthly Team price is $99 and seven Cal.com users cost $105. By fifteen people Cal.com Teams is more than three times the flat price. You can move the slider in the calculator at the top of this page to check your own headcount.
Is Cal.com free?
Yes, for one user. The Individuals plan is free forever with unlimited event types, unlimited calendar connections, payments and more than 100 app integrations. It is a strong choice for a freelancer or a founder booking their own calls. It is not a team product: the moment you need shared availability, round-robin or collective events, each person moves to Teams, which is billed per user from the first one.
Is self-hosted Cal.com free?
The open source code is free to download and run, but a self-hosted scheduler is not free to operate. Someone has to run the server, the Postgres database, email delivery, calendar API credentials, backups and upgrades, and some of the enterprise features in the code base sit under a separate commercial license. For an engineering-led company that already runs its own infrastructure and has a tool to provision servers and deploy apps with zero downtime, self-hosting can make sense. For a sales or recruiting team without a developer on call, the hosted Teams plan (or a flat-priced hosted tool) is the cheaper option once you count the hours.
Cal.com Teams vs Organizations and when $28 a user is worth it
Organizations is worth it when IT, not the team lead, is the buyer. SAML SSO and SCIM mean new hires get access from the identity provider and leavers lose it the same day. The HIPAA and SOC 2 coverage matters to clinics, health tech and companies with a security review in the sales cycle. Sub-teams matter once sales, support and recruiting each want their own event types and admins inside one account.
If none of that is on your list, Organizations more than doubles the bill for nothing your team will notice. A 20 person sales floor on Organizations pays $6,720 a year against $2,880 on Teams.
Cal.com vs Calendly pricing for teams
Cal.com is the cheaper of the two at every headcount under 30. Cal.com Teams is $12 a user billed yearly against $16 a seat on Calendly Teams, and $15 against $20 month to month. Calendly's lower price, Standard at $10 a seat, has collective events but no round-robin, so the fair comparison for a rotating team is Teams against Teams. A ten person team pays $1,440 a year on Cal.com and $1,920 on Calendly. Both still grow in a straight line with headcount. We put the two side by side, feature by feature, on Cal.com vs Calendly for teams, and the Calendly side is broken down in Calendly round robin pricing.
When is a flat team plan cheaper than Cal.com?
A flat plan wins once five or more people share booked meetings and the team runs on Google Workspace. ScheduleMeeting Team is $99 a month, or $594 a year, for up to 15 people, and Business covers up to 100 people for $1,194 a year. Both include round-robin to the free host with the fewest upcoming meetings, collective meetings, two-way Google Calendar sync, Google Meet links, buffers, minimum notice, daily caps and company-wide hours and holidays.
It is not a like-for-like replacement for everything Cal.com does. We do not connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook calendars, we do not create Zoom or Teams links, we do not sync to Salesforce or HubSpot, and we do not take payments at booking. If your team depends on any of those, Cal.com Teams is the better buy. If what you actually use is a rotating link for demos, screens or onboarding calls, see how the flat price works for sales scheduling software for small sales teams, or compare the rest of the market on our Calendly alternative page.
