How much does Doodle cost?
Doodle publishes three plans plus an Enterprise tier. The prices below are the US list prices shown on doodle.com and in Doodle's own help center article on cost, checked in September 2026. Doodle bills in US dollars everywhere except the Eurozone (euros) and Switzerland (francs), at the same numbers.
| Doodle plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Who it is for | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Occasional polls | One active group poll, one booking page, one 1:1, basic sign-up sheets, ads shown to invitees |
| Pro | $15 a month | $132 a year (about $11 a month) | One person who books meetings weekly | Unlimited polls, booking pages, 1:1s and sign-up sheets; deadlines, reminders, hide participants; Zoom, Teams and Webex links; no ads; branding |
| Team | $21 per user a month (2 to 5 seats), $19 (6 to 20), $17 (21 to 50), $15 (over 50) | $16 per user a month (2 to 5 seats), $14 (6 to 20), $13 (over 20); full year charged at purchase | Teams of 2 to 100 | Everything in Pro plus admin console, roles and permissions, co-host events, book on behalf, activity reports, custom branding, online payments, AI meeting descriptions |
| Enterprise | Starts at $15,000 a year, custom quote, billed annually | Organizations of 50 or more | Team features plus AI time intelligence, engagement analytics, org-wide time protection | |
Two things are easy to miss. The Team plan has a minimum of two users, so the cheapest way in is $32 a month billed yearly or $42 month to month, even if only one person needs it. And the annual Team plan charges the whole year up front, so a 10 person team is committing $1,680 on day one rather than $140 a month.
Doodle cost by team size
Because Doodle charges per user, the bill scales with headcount in a straight line, with a small discount when you cross 5, 20 and 50 seats. These are the yearly totals on Doodle Team, next to the ScheduleMeeting plan that covers the same number of people with round-robin included.
| People who take meetings | Doodle Team per year, billed yearly | Doodle Team per year, billed monthly | ScheduleMeeting plan per year, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $384 | $504 | Starter, $294 |
| 3 | $576 | $756 | Starter, $294 |
| 5 | $960 | $1,260 | Team, $594 |
| 8 | $1,344 | $1,824 | Team, $594 |
| 10 | $1,680 | $2,280 | Team, $594 |
| 15 | $2,520 | $3,420 | Team, $594 |
| 25 | $3,900 | $5,100 | Business, $1,194 |
| 50 | $7,800 | $10,200 | Business, $1,194 |
Doodle's yearly figures use the band for the whole team: $16 per user for 2 to 5 people, $14 for 6 to 20, $13 for 21 and up. At 5 people Doodle Team costs $960 a year and ScheduleMeeting Team costs $594; at 15 people the gap is $2,520 against $594. Single-user pricing goes the other way: Doodle Pro at $132 a year is cheaper than ScheduleMeeting Starter, and a solo booking page has nothing to rotate.
Why older articles say Doodle costs $6.95 or $8.95 a month
Search for Doodle pricing and you will find guides quoting Pro at $6.95 and Team at $8.95 per user, or $14.95 and $19.95. Those were real Doodle prices at different points over the last few years. The current help center article lists Pro at $15 a month or $132 a year and Team at $21 per user month to month or $16 per user billed yearly, and Doodle's pricing page shows the same yearly discounts (26% on Pro, 24% on Team).
If you are budgeting from a review site, expect the checkout to be roughly double the number you saw. If you are on an older Doodle contract at the old rate, check what your renewal will be charged before it auto-renews; the annual plan is charged in full at purchase.
Is Doodle no longer free?
Doodle still has a free plan, but it is narrower than it used to be. A free account gets one active group poll at a time, one booking page and one active 1:1, with ads shown to the people you invite. Deadlines, reminders and hiding participant names need Pro. For an occasional poll to find a date for a committee call, free still works. For anyone booking meetings every week, the limits push you to Pro fast.
What is the free limit for Doodle poll?
The free plan allows one active group poll at a time. To run a second poll you close the first or upgrade to Pro, which removes the limit on polls, booking pages, 1:1s and sign-up sheets. Free polls also carry ads and cannot use a voting deadline or automatic reminders.
Does Doodle charge per poll or per user?
Per user. Doodle never charges per poll or per booking. Pro is one license for one person. Team is a per-user subscription where every person who needs a paid feature is a seat, with a minimum of two seats and a maximum of 100 on the self-serve plan. Beyond 100 users you are quoted Enterprise.
That model is the whole cost question for a business team. A per-user scheduler is cheap for one person and expensive for twelve, whatever the vendor. Calendly Teams works the same way at $16 per seat a month billed yearly; we ran that math on the Calendly for Teams alternative page. ScheduleMeeting prices per company: Team is $99 a month or $594 a year for up to 15 people, and Business is $1,194 a year for up to 100.
Does Doodle offer discounts for education or nonprofits?
Doodle's pricing page and its help center article on cost do not list a nonprofit, education or startup rate; the published discounts are the yearly billing rates and the per-user bands that drop at 6, 21 and 51 seats. If you run a school or nonprofit, ask Doodle sales directly before assuming a discount exists, and get the answer in writing. Do not confuse Doodle the scheduler with DoodleLearning, a separate company that does publish school pricing.
Is Doodle worth it?
Doodle Pro is worth $132 a year for a person who regularly needs a group of people to agree on a time. The group poll is Doodle's real product, and nothing built around booking pages replaces it: twelve stakeholders across three companies voting on a date is exactly what it does well. Ad-free polls, deadlines and reminders are what you are paying for.
Doodle Team is harder to justify as a business team's booking system. Every user is a seat, booking pages belong to one person each, and there is no round-robin, so a shared "book a demo" or "schedule a screen" link still puts every meeting on one calendar. The features that make Team more than Pro (admin console, book on behalf, online payments, activity reports) matter to some teams, but they don't solve distribution.
What a business team pays for instead
Most teams that price Doodle are not looking for a poll. They want one link for client calls, demos, interviews or onboarding that many people can stand behind. That is a different product category, and it changes what you should compare.
| Tool and plan | 10 people per year, billed yearly | Round-robin | Group polls | Calendars |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Doodle Team | $1,680 ($14 per user a month) | No | Yes | Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange, iCloud |
| Calendly Teams | $1,920 ($16 per seat a month) | Yes | Meeting polls | Google, Microsoft, iCloud |
| ScheduleMeeting Team | $594 (flat, up to 15 people) | Yes | No | Google Calendar, two-way |
ScheduleMeeting is the flat option: round-robin, collective meetings for two-host calls, and company-wide hours and holidays, on Google Calendar and Google Meet only. There are no seats to count until you pass 15 people. What it does not do is poll a group, connect to Microsoft or iCloud calendars, or take payments at booking, so a team that needs any of those should stay on Doodle or look at Calendly.
Recruiting teams feel the per-user problem first, because every recruiter and every hiring manager who joins an interview becomes a seat. A common setup is a flat team scheduler for the interview slots, and separate software to screen the inbound resumes before anyone's calendar gets booked, so only qualified candidates reach the round-robin link.
How to lower your Doodle bill before renewal
If you already pay for Doodle Team, pull the activity report and count how many seats created a poll or took a booking in the last quarter. Seats that did neither can go; the plan only requires two. Then split the work: keep one Pro seat for the person who runs polls, and move booked meetings to a flat-priced team scheduler if five or more people take them. Run both for two weeks with the new link in one place, then swap the rest.
For the full feature comparison and what the switch looks like step by step, read the Doodle alternative for business teams. If your company is on Google Workspace, round-robin on Google Calendar covers what Google's own appointment schedules can and can't do before you pay for anything at all.

Doodle's pricing page does not advertise a timed trial of Pro or Team. Instead there is a free plan with one active group poll, one booking page and one 1:1, with ads. Paid features are unlocked the moment you subscribe, monthly or yearly.
What is the minimum number of users on Doodle Team?
Two. Doodle Team requires at least two users and allows up to 100 on the self-serve plan. That makes the entry cost $32 a month billed yearly ($384 a year) or $42 month to month. A single user should buy Pro at $15 a month or $132 a year.
Does Doodle Team include round-robin scheduling?
No. No Doodle plan offers round-robin. Booking pages belong to one user and every booking lands on that person's calendar. Team adds co-hosts and book-on-behalf, but not rotation. ScheduleMeeting Team includes round-robin for up to 15 people at $99 a month.
Is Doodle cheaper than Calendly for a team?
Slightly, for larger teams billed yearly. At 10 people Doodle Team is $1,680 a year and Calendly Teams is $1,920. At 2 to 5 people both are $16 per user a month. Calendly includes round-robin and routing forms; Doodle includes group polls. ScheduleMeeting Team is $594 a year for up to 15 people.
Can I cancel Doodle at any time?
Monthly Doodle subscriptions run month to month. Doodle's help center says the yearly Team plan is charged for the full year at purchase, so read Doodle's refund terms before committing to a year. ScheduleMeeting is cancelled from the billing screen on either monthly or yearly billing.
