How much does Chili Piper cost in 2026?
Chili Piper's public pricing page lists four options. Two are the plans most teams are quoted, one is a scheduling-only product for very large companies, and one has no price yet.
| Chili Piper plan | List price | Seats included | Extra seats | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Routing & Scheduling | $15,000 a year ($1,250 a month, billed annually) | 15 | $45 per seat per month | Form-to-meeting routing, round-robin distribution, Salesforce object routing, SDR-to-AE handoff, scheduling links, 45,000 AI credits a year |
| Experiences | $42,000 a year ($3,500 a month, billed annually) | 30 | $50 per seat per month | Everything above plus 24/7 AI chat qualification, live calls from forms, account identification and ABM targeting, 150,000 AI credits a year |
| ChiliCal standalone | $12 per user per month | 200 seat minimum | $12 per user per month | Scheduling links and calendar and CRM integrations, no routing |
| Chili Data Platform | Not priced publicly | n/a | n/a | Listed without a price |
All plans are billed annually. Chili Piper offers discounts for longer terms: 15% off for two years, 25% for three and 40% for four. There is no monthly option and no free plan, and buying starts with a demo call with the sales team.
One detail trips up small teams. ChiliCal looks like the cheap scheduling-only entry at $12 per user, but the 200 seat minimum makes it at least $28,800 a year. For a team under 15 people, the real floor is the $15,000 Routing & Scheduling plan.
Chili Piper cost by team size
Because 15 seats come bundled, the price per rep falls as the team grows toward 15 and then climbs slowly. This is the yearly list price on Routing & Scheduling, before any negotiated or multi-year discount:
| People taking meetings | Chili Piper Routing & Scheduling per year | Chili Piper per rep per year | ScheduleMeeting plan per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $15,000 | $3,000 | Team, $594 |
| 10 | $15,000 | $1,500 | Team, $594 |
| 15 | $15,000 | $1,000 | Team, $594 |
| 20 | $17,700 | $885 | Business, $1,194 |
| 25 | $20,400 | $816 | Business, $1,194 |
The 20 and 25 rep rows add $540 a year for every seat past 15 ($45 times 12). A four year commitment at 40% off brings the 15 seat plan to $9,000 a year, but it locks the team into the tool until 2030. The calculator at the top of this page runs the same math for any headcount from 2 to 100.
Why older articles say Chili Piper costs $15 to $30 per user
Until recently Chili Piper sold its pieces separately: Concierge for inbound form routing, Instant Booker for reps, Distro for lead distribution, Handoff for SDR-to-AE meetings, and ChiliCal for scheduling. Each was priced per user, roughly $15 to $30 a month, and several carried a platform fee on top that could run from $150 to $1,000 a month depending on inbound volume. Bundle discounts cut the per-user rate when you bought more products.
That is why reviews from 2024 or 2025 quote much lower starting prices for small teams. The current pricing page no longer offers that path to a new customer. If you are renewing an older contract, expect the conversation to move toward the bundled plans, and ask in writing whether your per-user price survives the renewal.
Is Chili Piper worth the price?
It depends on whether you are buying routing or buying scheduling.
Chili Piper earns its price when a lead has to go somewhere specific the moment a form is submitted: the account owner in Salesforce, the rep for that territory, the enterprise team when the company size field is over 1,000. It qualifies the lead, routes it and books the meeting in one step, and a faster speed to lead on a busy inbound funnel is worth real pipeline. A revenue operations team running several forms, territories and SDR pods gets a lot for $15,000.
A small team usually doesn't have that problem. Three to ten reps, one demo form, and a rule that amounts to "give it to whoever is free." In that setup most of the plan goes unused, the AI credits sit there, and the contract is priced like a mid-market routing platform because that is what it is.
Chili Piper vs cheaper scheduling tools for small teams
If rotation is the job, these are the options small teams usually price next. Figures are published US list prices for 10 people billed yearly.
| Tool and plan | 10 people per year | Round-robin | CRM routing | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chili Piper Routing & Scheduling | $15,000 | Yes | Yes, Salesforce-first | Annual only |
| Calendly Teams | $1,920 ($16 per seat per month) | Yes | Routing forms, Salesforce and HubSpot | Monthly or yearly |
| ScheduleMeeting Team | $594 (flat, up to 15 people) | Yes | No | Monthly or yearly |
Calendly sits in the middle: per-seat pricing, a much larger integration catalog, and routing forms that cover simple qualification. We compare its seat math in detail on the Calendly for Teams alternative page. ScheduleMeeting is the flat option: round-robin, collective meetings and company-wide hours on Google Calendar for one company price, with no CRM sync. Doodle sometimes comes up too, but it has no round-robin on any plan; the Doodle alternative for business teams page explains why it is a poll tool, not a distribution tool.
What you give up by leaving Chili Piper
Be clear about this before you cancel. ScheduleMeeting does not qualify leads from a web form, does not read Salesforce or HubSpot fields, and does not log handoffs in a CRM. It works with Google Calendar and Google Meet only, so a team on Microsoft 365 calendars should look elsewhere.
Some teams split the job. The scheduler handles the meeting, and a separate tool handles rules-based assignment of inbound leads, support tickets and requests to the right person, for example with software that can route every lead and ticket to the right owner by territory, skill or workload. That pairing still costs far less than a five figure routing contract for most small teams.
How to cut your Chili Piper bill before renewal
If you are already a customer, start 90 days before the renewal date. Pull a usage report and count how many seats booked a meeting in the last quarter, how many routing rules actually fired, and how many AI credits you used. Seats that never took a booking are the easiest line to remove, but on the bundled plan you can't go below the 15 included.
Then decide what you are buying. If most bookings came through one round-robin link, move that link to a flat-priced scheduler first and run both for two weeks. If routing rules fired constantly and saved your ops team hours, negotiate the multi-year discount instead. The worst outcome is renewing a routing platform for a team that only ever used the booking page.

Chili Piper pricing questions
How much is Chili Piper per month?
Chili Piper Routing & Scheduling lists at $1,250 a month, but it is billed annually as a $15,000 yearly contract with 15 seats included. Each extra seat costs $45 a month. The Experiences plan is $3,500 a month billed annually. There is no month to month plan.
Does Chili Piper have a free trial?
No. Chili Piper does not list a free plan or a self-serve trial, and new customers start with a sales demo. ScheduleMeeting has no free plan either, but you can build a meeting type and take real bookings in a one-time demo before choosing a paid plan.
What is the minimum Chili Piper contract?
The lowest published plan is Routing & Scheduling at $15,000 a year. ChiliCal, the scheduling-only product, is $12 per user a month but requires at least 200 seats, which is $28,800 a year. Both are annual contracts.
Is Chili Piper cheaper than Calendly?
Not for a small team. Calendly Teams lists at $16 per seat per month billed yearly, so 10 people cost $1,920 a year against Chili Piper's $15,000 entry plan. Chili Piper includes deeper Salesforce routing, which is what the difference pays for.
What is a cheaper alternative to Chili Piper for round robin?
For round-robin booking on Google Calendar, ScheduleMeeting Team costs $99 a month or $594 a year for up to 15 people. It rotates each meeting to the free rep with the fewest upcoming meetings, but it does not route leads from forms or a CRM.
